Most pro sweepers don’t have a perfect system or a special program to keep track of their sweepstake entries. However, we’ve found some simple methods that can simplify the process.
Browser Bookmarks & Favorites
One of the simplest ways to keep track of what sweepstakes and instant win games you'll be entering each day is to use bookmarks or favorites. Once you've found sweepstakes on a sweepstakes platform, save it to your bookmarks or favorites list and return to it the next time you want to enter. Remember, to find sweepstakes fast, you should only use sweepstakes websites.
Create Folders
Must enter daily folder: Add sweepstakes and instant win games that you'd like to enter every day to the must-enter daily folder. If you do not have time to go through the whole list, you can easily enter only what is on the list and not feel as if you have lost a day by not doing so.
Blog giveaway folder: Add blogs that have ongoing giveaways here. Avoid adding individual blog giveaways because many of them end too quickly. By saving just the site, you can go back and see what they have that is new when you have time.
Instant win games folder: The only thing in this folder should be instant win games.
Monthly folder: Every folder should only have those sweepstakes that end in that month.
Misc. sweepstakes folder: Miscellaneous sweepstakes may include Facebook, Twitter, contest, and anything else that you don’t enter much and doesn’t fit in other categories.
Places to find sweeps folder: In this folder, add sites that you can use to find sweepstakes as well as saved Google™ search pages. If there is a specific search method that works for you then save the first page of the search results and give it a unique name.
Add Dates
Make a note of the deadline for each sweepstake in the bookmark/favorite title. With a quick glance at the list, you'll be able to see when all of your sweepstakes are about to expire. If a sweepstake has a deadline of two months, you know you can skip it if you don't have time.
